Clayton D. Jew has provided real estate advisory services to San Francisco and Bay Area clients in acquisitions, disposition, and tenant and landlord representation for over two decades. His success working with domestic and international clients to locate opportunities and provide advisory services beyond simply selling a property or leasing a space makes him a unique resource for prospective investors. Mr. Jew has secured a notable portfolio of historic, commercial, development, and mixed use projects.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Jew was a real estate investment banker at Kennedy Wilson, International.

Education
Mr. Jew is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with a B.S. degree in economics and holds a Master’s degree in business administration from California State University at San Jose. Additionally, he has completed course work in real estate development and real estate investment analysis at both U.C. Berkeley and Golden Gate University. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
