Shawn Jaenson is an executive vice president at Kidder Mathews, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. His experience includes landlord and tenant representation, lease negotiation and administration, and advisory services for industrial clients. During his tenure at Kidder Mathews, Shawn has been involved in over 270 transactions, totaling more than 13.6 million square feet of leased space with a transaction value in excess of $450 million. Notable tenant representation transactions include ±286,487 square feet and ±138,240 square feet of full building leases.
Prior to Shawn’s transition into real estate, he spent nine years in the military, serving as a U.S. Navy SEAL. Over multiple deployments to both the Middle East and Europe, Shawn’s dedication and professionalism earned him the Joint Service Achievement Medal for exceptional meritorious service.
In his spare time, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He is an avid golfer and hunter who loves spending time outdoors.
