Jeff Iseman is a senior property manager in Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office. Jeff manages a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties. He oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations, budgeting, lease administration, vendor selection, tenant relations, lease renewals, reporting, and construction management.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in commercial property management and corporate real estate. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was a senior property manager with JM Properties Company and the Seneca Real Estate Group, managing and leasing Class A high-rise office buildings.
Jeff also worked for Washington Mutual Bank (WAMU), overseeing its corporate campuses in Texas, Florida, New York, and Illinois, totaling 2.5 million square feet. At WAMU, he oversaw the bank’s lease administration function, campus strategies, and real estate transactions in the eastern region, including Texas.
