Spencer Ingrim

Spencer joined Kidder Mathews in 2022 as a runner to senior agent Terry Wilson. Spencer’s focus is on the commercial retail market in the Puget Sound region, specializing in real estate development, redevelopment, project management, budgeting and commercial management of retail shopping centers.

Prior to starting his broker career at Kidder Mathews, Spencer worked at Kimco Realty directly overseeing and manage property operations of 11 retail shopping centers totaling 2.8 million square feet in California.
 

Education

Spencer graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and a minor in broadcasting.
