Over the past ten years of his career, Tim has built a strong track record of success representing several nationally recognized tenants and landlords, including Circle K, UnitedHealthcare, Realty Income, and Salad and Go. Whether navigating complex lease negotiations, repositioning vacant assets, or identifying high-profile retail corridors, Tim brings a strong level of market insight, professionalism, and deal-making expertise to every transaction.
Tim has sourced locations for retailers in new developments, grocery-anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers and regional shopping malls throughout the state of Arizona. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) after graduating college from the University of Arizona.
Co-President – DCREP (Developing Commercial Real Estate Professionals), which focuses on building relationships for the younger generation of commercial real estate professionals. With over 100 active members, all sectors of the industry are involved including retail, office, industrial, capital markets and development.
