Tim joins Kidder Mathews with experience in tenant representation and agency leasing primarily in Phoenix, Arizona. On behalf of shopping center owners and investors, he is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize each property’s full potential. Additionally, he helps retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization.
Tim has secured retail locations in new developments, grocery anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers and regional shopping malls throughout the state of Arizona. He’s been involved first hand on several national, regional, and local accounts helping clients secure premiere locations. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he interned for Larsen Baker, LLC in Tucson, Arizona where he was an active participant in lease negotiations and project management services. He assisted with marketing the company’s ±2,400,000 SF in commercial properties by generating brochures and maintaining website databases.
CO-PRESIDENT – DCREP (Developing Commercial Real Estate Professionals), which focuses on building relationships for the younger generation of commercial real estate professionals. With over 100 active members, all sectors of the industry are involved including retail, office, industrial, capital markets and development.
