D.W. represents a diverse clientele including both local and national occupiers, landlords, developers, and investors. His comprehensive expertise encompasses leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and new developments across the Pacific Northwest.

As a Portland native, he leverages his deep-rooted local knowledge to deliver exceptional results that consistently surpass client expectations. In addition to his core responsibilities within the Kidder Mathews Industrial Services group, he provides specialized data center real estate advisory services and has contributed to several significant data center transactions in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, D.W. worked as an industrial broker at JLL in Portland, OR. He holds a B.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
