With 35 years of commercial real estate experience, John specializes in office, medical and R&D sales and leasing, with extensive knowledge of North San Diego County, including the I-5 and Highway 78 corridor market areas.

His expertise and experience includes the complete real estate process from initial land search, project positioning, strategic leasing plans and disposition.

John has successfully negotiated thousands of leases and sold numerous properties over the years. John is ingrained in the local communities of Encinitas and Carlsbad. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, John was with Colliers International for 25 years.

Within Encinitas, John has sold over 25 small office / medical buildings and condominiums over the past 5 years.
