David Hill

David Hill has been an investment property sale broker for over 25 years. Prior to this, he spent more than a decade as a commercial real estate appraiser, holding the Appraisal Institute’s general designation from 1999 to 2004. David is a Portland native and has historically focused on seller representation of industrial, office and land properties in Oregon and SW Washington. In recent years, David has leveraged his deep sales and valuation knowledge and experience to expand his services to include investor buyer representation throughout the Western U.S.. He has been involved in the sale of over $900 million in investment properties, containing over 8.5 million sq ft.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, David was a top producer in the Capital Markets group at Newmark Knight Frank. He was also a principal in the Portland office of PGP Valuation, at the time the largest commercial real estate appraisal firm on the West Coast. Mr. Hill served on the board of directors of the NAIOP Oregon Chapter and is a past chapter president.
