Kelli has more than 21 years of experience in owner-operated and third-party commercial property management. She has managed a wide range of asset types—including office, industrial, retail, medical, business park, and historic properties—for institutional owners, private equity firms, government clients, and corporate occupiers.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, she oversaw more than 1 million square feet of Class A office space across the U.S., Canada, and South America, directing multi-market operations, landlord coordination, and service delivery for a large corporate occupier. She also managed 2.3 million square feet of institutionally owned industrial properties, leading capital projects, portfolio operations, and tenant engagement across 23 buildings. In total, Kelli has overseen more than 7.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and mixed-use assets throughout her career.
Kelli’s expertise includes financial reporting, lease analysis, vendor and contract management, and capital improvement planning. She is recognized for her ability to operate complex portfolios, support diverse ownership structures, and maintain strong tenant and client relationships.
Kelli holds an MBA from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from City University of Seattle. She has been an active member of BOMA Seattle/King County for more than a decade, serving as co-chair of the TOBY Awards Committee and earning an International TOBY Award.
