Luis Hernandez

Luis Hernandez is an associate with Kidder Mathews, specializing in the sale and leasing of multifamily properties. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Luis worked at Commercial Brokers International where he first gained an interest in real estate investing and the benefits it allows for its investors.

From these experiences and his continued study of real estate markets, Luis believes in creating and adding value to his clients, fostering long term relationships, and execution and performance through hard work. He’s passionate about advising and helping investors find the right properties that meet their criteria. Outside of his profession, he is very passionate about cooking, playing the guitar, and fitness.
