AJ is a results-driven commercial real estate professional with a proven track record in retail and industrial brokerage, specializing in landlord/tenant representation, site selection, and investment sales throughout the greater Sacramento region.

He is known for sourcing off-market opportunities, executing deals efficiently, and helping growing brands scale through strategic real estate decisions. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews he served as a sale and leasing agent for 5 years at Capital Rivers Commercial. He also brings a strong, data-driven background as a result of his years working at CoStar, combined with hands-on deal execution and strong prospecting ability.

Throughout his real estate career he has represented landlords and tenants across retail, industrial, and medical office assets. He has also lead site selection strategy for expanding brands, identifying and securing high-performing locations. His execution of investment sales and leasing transactions focuses on speed, efficiency, and value creation.
