Alex Henderson specializes in tenant advisory and agency leasing services for healthcare and office clients throughout the Portland metropolitan region. She delivers customized strategic solutions to occupiers and owners of office properties. With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, she has expertise in working with local and national companies on multiple complex transactions. Clients benefit from her strong market knowledge, along with her personal and creative problem-solving approach.

Alex’s substantial experience is comprised of significant lease transactions as well as acquisitions and dispositions of office buildings. Her expansive agency experience includes the successful lease-up of projects including Pacific Financial Center, AmberGlen Corporate Center, One & Three Centerpointe, and Evergreen Corporate Center. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Alex spent six years at Cushman & Wakefield and was a top-producing office broker at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson.
