Amy Harding specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial, office, and investment properties in Thurston and Lewis County.
Amy has completed more than $350 million in commercial real estate transactions, selling or leasing over 4.75 million square feet. She specializes in representing building owners and tenants in the industrial, office, and medical sectors and is known for helping clients “get to YES.”
Prior to launching her brokerage career at Cushing, Amy practiced real estate law in Montana and owned a small retail business in Olympia. She also served as a Port of Olympia Commissioner and currently serves on the boards of the Providence St. Peter Foundation, St. Martin’s University, and Experience Olympia & Beyond.
