Amy loves commercial real estate and helping clients “get to YES.” Prior to starting her brokerage career with Kidder Mathews, Amy practiced real estate law in Montana and owned a small store in Olympia. She was elected to serve as Port of Olympia Commissioner, District 3, in January 2022 and serves on the following boards: Providence St. Peter Foundation, St. Martin’s University, Experience Olympia and Beyond, and Thurston Regional Planning Council. In her free-time, Amy enjoys snow skiing, cooking for friends and family, and traveling to foreign lands.

Being a commercial real estate expert in Thurston and Lewis County requires a generalist’s approach. With extensive experience in industrial and office sales and leasing, along with additional expertise in medical and multi-family development, Amy believes in serving the full spectrum of leasing and sales needs to accommodate the diverse property owners in the area. When specialized regional or product type expertise is required, Amy readily partners with the appropriate brokers. However, the benefits of having a local, boots-on-the-ground expert are clear, as it helps avoid the common pitfalls faced by those not familiar with the market. Amy’s goal is to serve both large and small clients, making commercial real estate enjoyable, straightforward, and profitable.
