Sam Hanna

Sam joined Kidder Mathews in 2020 and specializes in the sale of single-tenant and net lease investments on a national basis with an emphasis on retail and industrial properties. Formerly a director in Marcus & Millichap’s Net Lease Properties Group and a senior vice president at SRS Real Estate Partners, Sam has more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, having executed sales across all property types and closing $400 million in transactions.

Notable transactions include the sale of numerous Fedex facilities nationally, a 650,000 square foot Coca-Cola bottling facility, and several high profile retail properties locally and nationally.

Sam’s team carefully evaluates each asset to ensure the highest level of valuation and advisory using multiple tools, including Argus when necessary. Each asset is evaluated with the market in mind, ensuring a high-level of execution when clients hire the Hanna team to market the asset for sale. Services include acquisition and disposition, asset evaluation, custom marketing packages, comparable property survey, financing, aerial photography, and advisory.

Sam measures the success of the team by the quality and longevity of each individual client relationship, with each transaction being a stepping stone toward a long-standing mutually beneficial partnership.

On a personal level, Sam has been married to his wife, Rahad, for 19 years and has 6 kids ranging in age from 6 – 15. He enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, outings at the beach, flying RC aircraft, collecting sports cards, and spending time with family.
