Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Washington State University, and is a 1997 graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication.
Scott Hall manages Kidder Mathews’ Customer Service Center from our Olympia office. Kidder Mathews’ Customer Service Center receives, dispatches, and manages service requests and schedules for preventive and predictive maintenance for the firm’s over 70 million square foot property management portfolio.
Scott oversees Kidder Mathews’ computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) platform, including gathering correct property information for input, facilitating monthly billing of engineering labor and spot purchases through the CMMS, and conducts regularly scheduled end-user training throughout the division. With Scott’s commercial real estate background, he has been an essential team member in helping form and implement Kidder Mathews’ CMMS system.
Scott also manages the uniform program for the engineering department, participates in the corporate safety committee, including ordering and distribution of the engineers’ personal protective equipment, and maintains the division’s internal dispatch list of properties and teams.
Scott joined Kidder Mathews in 2002, and has been servicing commercial real estate properties in a customer service capacity since 1998. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Scott spent four years with Martin Smith, Inc., as an office manager, telecom analyst, and customer service specialist.
