Michael Gschwend

Michael Gschwend focuses in the sale and leasing of income producing properties, primarily office transactions, where he has over 15 years of experience. He is also well qualified to advise tenants in the lease negotiation process, working with large corporations to venture funded start-ups. Mr. Gschwend believes in thoroughly understanding his clients’ business objectives and then devising an appropriate strategy to help them achieve their goals. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he worked for Marcus & Millichap specializing in the disposition of investment properties throughout the Bay Area.
