Daniel is in the San Jose office, advising technology and professional services firms on their office and R&D real estate needs. While he is best known for his work in tenant representation, Daniel also advises clients on purchasing and leasing opportunities, providing a well-rounded perspective across the transaction spectrum. He helps companies in Silicon Valley identify and secure space solutions that align with their business strategy and long-term growth plans.
Prior to his career in brokerage, Daniel worked for leading Silicon Valley technology firms including Riverbed Technology, Illumio, and Meta. This experience gave him a first-hand understanding of how high-growth companies operate and the real estate challenges they face as they scale. He draws on this background to anticipate client needs, advise on strategic opportunities, and negotiate from a position of empathy and insight.
A South Bay native and graduate of Archbishop Mitty High School, Daniel has deep roots in the community and an insider’s perspective on the region’s submarkets. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in hospitality and tourism management, with a minor in economics, from San Diego State University.
Outside of work, Daniel is a dedicated runner and cross-fit enthusiast, applying the same discipline and endurance from training to his professional practice.
