Paul has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, representing both tenants and property owners with a focus on R&D and industrial leasing and sales.

Paul has lived and worked in the Bay Area most of his life, forging close ties with many regional commercial property owners and developers, especially in the South Bay. Thanks to his long-standing relationships, Paul provides unique solutions for his clients, including off-market opportunities and securing hard to find properties. Paul has successfully completed more than 600 commercial real estate transactions.

Paul’s clients include private individuals, established technology companies, service firms, building owners, developers, and start-up companies. Paul excels at finding solutions for customers with unique needs, and partners with his clients through every stage of the real estate process.

In addition to his decades long tenure as a commercial real estate professional, Paul also brings experience working in marketing and business development. This additional professional experience outside of commercial real estate allows him a unique perspective when assisting with site selection, growth strategy, recruitment considerations, local area updates and functional building design.
