Joining Kidder Mathews in 2019, Jason currently holds the position of senior vice president and shareholder. Jason co-leads a select team of professionals who specialize in an array of core services, including disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio and valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, and financing of net leased investments throughout the United States.
Jason brings to Kidder Mathews more than 12 years of working experience in commercial real estate, having completed more than 50 transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. Prior to joining Kidder, Jason served as vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle’s (“JLL”) Capital Markets Group based in Los Angeles. He was primarily responsible for originating and executing investment sale and financing opportunities throughout the Western United States focusing on retail investment sales, including high street, neighborhood, strip, power center, and single tenant properties. Utilizing the resources of a global organization combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, Jason helped clients better understand where they are in relation to their goals and lead the proper steps to an action plan for financial success.
Jason is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and graduated from California State University – Chico. He lives in Beverly Hills with his wife Danielle.
