Jan studied communications at Eastern Washington University.
Jan Greene leads Kidder Mathews’ asset services capabilities from the firm’s office in Tacoma and is responsible for overall quality in service delivery in the South Puget Sound Market. Jan started with Kidder Mathews in 2010 and is a shareholder in the firm.
Jan began his career in property management in 1996. During his career, Jan has managed for institutional as well as private equity clients and his product knowledge spans from downtime high-rise office to industrial. Jan’s experience includes the unique opportunity to oversee the repositioning of two high-profile Seattle assets, namely Seattle Tower and Southcenter Place. The repositioning of these assets included annual operating budgets in excess of $15 million and direct supervision of more than $8 million in capital and tenant improvements.
Jan has supervised the comprehensive operation, maintenance and leasing of properties. He has been responsible for all aspects of leasehold capital improvement projects, developed and maintained successful tenant relations and customer loyalty, and the supervision of administrative and management personnel.
