Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jason started his 30+ year career in real estate at Buzz Oates Real Estate, where he worked for 20 years and was consistently a top producer. Jason completed multiple build to suit projects for fortune 500 companies, several multi-million-dollar investment sales and countless office and industrial leases. Following his time there he worked at CB Richard Ellis as vice president and as a site acquisition specialist in the Telcom industry. Some of Jason’s notable clients are Walmart, Apple, HP, 7-Up, Carl’s Jr., John Deere, Office Depot, Roadway Logistics, Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railroad, R.H. Phillips Winery, T-Mobile, Verizon and the State of California. He has a reputation of working diligently and thoroughly, as he provides a level of excellence and responsiveness to all aspects of the real estate services he delivers and is grateful for the long-term relationships he has developed.
