Jordan began his career in 2016 at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he worked alongside El Warner as a retail investment sales specialist representing private investors of shopping centers and NNN properties across the Western US. Due to Jordan’s tenacious work ethic and commitment to offering the investment community with a superior service offering, he earned the coveted Pace Setter Award in his first year at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services for setting standards of achievement for his peers. In 2019, Jordan moved over to Colliers alongside El Warner to build a retail investment sales team. The team utilized their extensive industry knowledge, vast transactional experience, and tech-driven marketing approaches to deliver a world-class service offering to institutional and private investors nationwide. By the end of 2020, they were the top producing retail investment sales team nationally at Colliers and held this position for multiple years in a row.
Since joining the industry in 2016, Jordan has been directly involved in investment sales totaling over $400 million in transaction volume. His professional success reflects his unwavering dedication to helping each of his clients with their investment goals at each phase of the investment life cycle. Jordan’s CCIM Institute education, transactional experience, and retail market expertise make him uniquely qualified to properly identify risk and offer workable solutions to meet his client’s needs.
Jordan is a family man. He spends his spare time playing on the beach with his wife and son, golfing with his father, competing in CrossFit with friends, and playing card games with his mother and siblings every chance that he gets.
