Roann Gobeil

Roann Gobeil is a senior property manager in the Kidder Mathews San Diego office.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial property management across San Diego County, Roann currently manages a 24-story high-rise in downtown San Diego. She oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations, including financial reporting, lease administration, building services, vendor contracts, and tenant and client relations.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Roann managed multiple high-rise buildings and portfolios ranging from 250,000 to 1 million square feet. She has collaborated with prominent owners and third-party management firms such as CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, serving a diverse range of clients in sectors including office, retail, industrial, life sciences, medical, and business parks.

In addition to her extensive property management experience, Roann brings a well-rounded professional background in legal administration, office management, and HR consulting.
