Todd brings 35 years of commercial real estate expertise, offering advisory services to both tenants and landlords, including institutional and private investors, completing over $5 billion in total transaction volume. He works with property owners and occupiers to optimize real estate strategy, leasing and sale structures, and portfolio performance with a focus on value creation and risk mitigation. While Todd’s primary focus is the Eastside office/flex/industrial submarket, he regularly does transactions throughout the Puget Sound region.
