Dane Garson

Dane Garson is an associate specializing in investment sales at Kidder Mathews, a full service commercial real estate company. He specializes in the exclusive representation of investments throughout Southern California.

Dane focuses on properties in the range of $2 – $30 million with an emphasis in Los Angeles investments and commercial corridor/rehabilitation properties across the United States.

Prior to Kidder Mathews, Dane was part of Marcus & Millichap’s retail division where he gained a plethora of experience and a book of multi-tenant retail and net lease clients across the United States. At Kidder Mathews, Dane is continuing to cultivate long term clients and relationships and helping his clients achieve the highest net proceeds on the sale of their assets.
