Michelle Gardner is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in office and industrial real estate services, focusing on Scottsdale, Tempe, and the Northwest Valley. She has over 14 years of experience in agency leasing, acquisitions, investment analysis, and ground-up development. She began her career with a boutique firm, Shell Commercial Real Estate, in the Greater Scottsdale Airpark in 2007 and joined Kidder Mathews in 2017.
Michelle is a native Phoenician who graduated from Xavier College Preparatory and went on to earn a business degree from the University of the Pacific, CA, where she was a recipient of a D1 soccer scholarship. Michelle currently serves on the Deer Valley Planning Committee board to provide guidance on rezoning and general plan amendments.
