Ariel Gallagher joined Kidder Mathews’ Valuation Advisory Services division in October 2011. Her valuation experience spans a variety of property types across Oregon and Southwest Washington, including mixed-use, retail, office, multifamily, industrial, marina, and agricultural, as well as specialty property types, such as shipyards, sawmills, and natural resource lands. She is a trained mediator and worked for the Appropriate Dispute Resolution Center at the University of Oregon Law School prior to joining the firm.
