D. William Frame, III, SIOR, CCIM

Bill Frame, SIOR, CCIM, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kidder Mathews, the largest fully independent commercial real estate firm in the Western U.S. He leads the company’s strategic direction, financial performance, and continued growth, overseeing more than 900 professionals across 19 markets in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona.

After becoming president, Bill took on the additional role of COO before being named chairman and CEO in 2020. He has led the continued evolution of Kidder Mathews while preserving the independent, entrepreneurial culture that has defined the firm for nearly 60 years. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into new markets, strengthened its executive team, modernized its technology and operational infrastructure, and increased collaboration across its brokerage, asset services, and valuation advisory divisions. These efforts have positioned Kidder Mathews for sustained growth and contributed to record financial performance in 2025.

Bill has more than 35 years of commercial real estate and financial leadership experience. He began his career in accounting and finance with Evergreen International Aviation before entering commercial real estate with Cushman & Wakefield in 1990. He joined Kidder Mathews in 1993 and became a perennial top-producing broker specializing in corporate real estate, healthcare, office, and investment properties. Before moving into executive leadership, he served as a managing director, member of the board of directors, and member of several strategic and executive committees.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Washington and holds the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.

Outside the firm, Bill is a dedicated advocate for cancer research and awareness. He founded the Frame Family Foundation, which has helped raise nearly $3 million for cancer research and contributed to organizations such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He also serves on the advisory board of the South Sound CARE Foundation in Washington State.
