Stu Ford

Stu Ford is Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Kidder Mathews’ Seattle headquarters. For over 25 years he has focused exclusively on representing tenants in in their lease and purchase negotiations in the greater Puget Sound region and has negotiated over 10 million square feet of office space.

Stu is a top producer in the industry and has represented major corporations, technology, and professional service firms. A sample list of clients that he has represented includes Swedish Health Services, Isilon Systems, RealNetworks, Daptiv, The Hacker Group, and AAA Washington. Prior to his commercial real estate career, he was in the telecom industry where he earned top honors as a sales account manager in positions for GTE Customer Networks and AT&T.

A native of the Seattle area, Stu received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Washington Athletic Club and Sand Point Country Club.
