Upon graduating with a degree in screenwriting and English literature from Loyola Marymount University in 2014, Colin began his career at Blumhouse Productions, where he provided screenplay coverage and worked on and off set as a production assistant. There, he was exposed to the ins and outs of the entertainment industry. After graduation, he worked as an assistant to Paradigm Talent Agency’s TV lit department, a freelance production assistant and as an administrative assistant to both commercial real estate and architecture firms.
Colin has also competed under the California State Athletic Commission as an amateur mixed martial arts fighter. Meanwhile, continuing to work as both a personal trainer and as a freelance production assistant, where he continued to develop skills in marketing, interfacing with clients, and advertising. Colin utilizes the same passion and dedication as an athlete to never back down from a professional challenge and provide his clientele with the same tireless work ethic.
Colin is a lifelong West Los Angeles native, with intimate knowledge of the Los Angeles submarkets, such as Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Culver City, Palms, Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood. While new to the commercial real estate industry, he is a devoted mentee of Darrell R. Levonian, whose accomplished career as Charles Dunn’s executive managing officer and head of their extensive training program before transitioning to Kidder Mathews as an executive vice president and managing director, serves as both an inspiration and as a benchmark to serving his clients with the same level of commitment and attention to detail.
