Richelle Fielding specializes in investment sales in Northern Nevada and California. She has worked in commercial real estate since 2011 and has extensive experience working with buyers and sellers of multifamily, office, and retail investment properties. She has proven herself to be a hardworking and dedicated advisor to private capital and institutional investors of all sizes.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Richelle specialized in investment sales and office leasing in the Reno office of Colliers, and also at Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco where she specialized in multifamily, office, retail, and land-development sales throughout the Bay Area.
Richelle is uniquely distinguished by her exceptional analytical skills, thorough attention to details, thoughtful marketing strategies, tenacious follow-through, and creative nature. She enjoys creating and establishing relationships with people, which has helped her to build a large network of professionals throughout the industry.
Richelle studied business administration at St. Mary’s College of California. She held several leadership roles both extracurricular and academically while at St. Mary’s College.
Richelle is dually licensed in Nevada and California to participate in real estate transactions.
