Lorna Faxon, RPA^®

Lorna Faxon is a senior property manager based in Kidder Mathews’ South Seattle office. Lorna has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate. She spent the first twelve years of her career in third-party property management before moving to the ownership side of the equation. The last 20 years of Lorna’s career have been in positions that allowed her to oversee and execute asset management activities for large multibillion-dollar corporations. Her proficiencies include project management, client relations, operational management, business planning, strategic planning/analysis, and operational efficiencies. Lorna’s experience includes managing a team and portfolio of approximately 250 leased/owned, operating, and non-operating company properties, including retail, office, industrial, residential, and land in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Montana. She is highly proficient in leading and managing large projects with multimillion-dollar budgets and ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
