Linda has 33 years of experience in commercial property management and is directly responsible for the management and value enhancement of the firm’s asset portfolio in Seattle’s Eastside submarket. Her responsibilities include business development, client relations, risk management, and directing property teams to provide best-in-class service.
Demonstrating her industry expertise, she holds the prestigious designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA®) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Earlier in her career, Linda managed several Class A high-rise assets for institutional owners.
Linda is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State and has a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).
Bachelor of Arts in business management from Seattle Pacific University.
