With more than twenty-five years of real estate experience, Chad is a senior property manager based in our Tacoma office. Chad has demonstrated expertise in managing various property types for both residential and commercial property nationwide.
Chad has been instrumental in the refinancing of over $100,000,000 in debt, restructuring of multiple limited partnerships, the buy-out of investing limited partners and due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, construction loans, and rehabilitation/construction projects.
One of Chad’s key strengths is his drive to achieve client financial goals while prioritizing the highest level of customer service for his tenants. This approach aligns with his commitment to producing positive outcomes for both clients and tenants alike.

A graduate of Washington State University, Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. He is a licensed broker in the state of Washington and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager.
