Sally was appointed by the Mayor as Renton Housing Authority Commissioner from 2009 – 2018, and chairperson in 2017. Sally earned her MBA in management and her BS in general studies (business, law, psychology) from City University of Seattle. Sally is a licensed real estate managing broker in the state of Washington.
Sally Eastey is a property manager based in Kidder Mathews’ onsite office at Sand Point in Seattle. Sally has deep industry involvement and has been in the commercial property management industry in the Puget Sound region since 1999.
Sally manages approximately 500,000 square feet of historical buildings, mixed medical, office, and warehouse space for the University of Washington at the University’s Sand Point Portfolio. Sally’s responsibilities include, operational budgeting, site and facilities operations, tenant and occupant comfort and safety, capital project management, and coordinating infrastructure services for the portfolio, which is comprised of 400 acres and 8 buildings occupied by the University of Washington Library, College of Engineering and the College of Arts and Sciences, as well as the University of Washington Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, and the Burke Museum. Sand Point is a historical property, and was originally the Sand Point Naval Air Station.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Sally was a real estate manager with CBRE. In this role, Sally successfully managed a 650,000 square foot medical office portfolio comprised of five medical office buildings and 15 off-site clinics for a major hospital system in Kirkland, Washington. Sally also managed a portfolio of 13 shopping centers and office buildings across five states, where she increased value in the portfolio for the ownership.
