Brian M. Dunne

Brian M. Dunne is a vice president at Kidder Mathews, with decades of success in the commercial real estate industry. His broad areas of expertise include strategic planning, market analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, negotiations, financing, and team leadership.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Brian held leadership positions with Bentley Global, Inc., Grubb & Ellis, VMS Syndication, Sel-Wil Development, and most recently, Future Capital, Inc., where he focused on real estate investments as their president and CEO. One of Brian’s significant accomplishments was the closing of 44 land assemblage escrows in North Hollywood for JSM and Prudential Life Insurance, with a value of $87M.

Brian has completed a number of high-profile transactions in Beverly Hills, including 8484 Wilshire, a 10-story office high-rise, vacant land at 9200 Wilshire, 319 North Rodeo Drive retail, the Beverly Hills Fine Arts Theatre, as well as managing the construction of the $50 million Hustler Casino in Gardena. As a disposition specialist, he arranged the sale of over one-million square feet for Great Western Bank REO properties.

Earlier in his career, Brian worked with the Marciano Brothers during the beginning stages of Guess Jeans Brands, finding and obtaining warehouse space for the company. He was instrumental in the development of condominium sites along the Westwood/Wilshire corridor including the Mirabella, with over one-hundred units. Brian has also managed high net-worth family portfolios valued at over $20 million. Select international clients have included Lai Sun Development in Hong Kong, Spice Global in India, and the Federative Republic of Brazil.
