Brad has been providing local expertise and national experience for his clients since 2007. As a retail professional, he has represented national, regional and local retail tenants, owners, and developers to navigate the commercial retail leasing and sales market complexities. Brad’s approach is to provide custom strategies and data-driven research to help clients with site selection, lease negotiations, renewals or restructuring, and acquisition or disposition of retail assets. His experience includes securing second-generation shop space, pad sites, and ground-up development for retail tenants, as well as representing landlords in the leasing or sale of power, grocery-anchored and neighborhood retail centers, new and redeveloped retail properties, and PAD deals throughout Arizona. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Brad worked in the retail division at Cushman and Wakefield.
