Ann DiLorenzo is a property manager based in Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office. Ann began her career in property management in 2016, starting with residential and moving into commercial real estate in 2017. Ann is directly responsible for all facets of client relationship and property operations. Her communication and organizational skills, along with her problem-solving abilities, make her a tremendous asset to her clients.
Ann’s most recent experience includes the management of a diverse portfolio of approximately 900,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout San Diego County.
Ann is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California, has her associate degree in graphic design, and her medical coding diploma. Ann is active in BOMA of San Diego including working with the emerging leaders and membership committees in 2019.
