William (Jim) Davis is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews Valuation & Advisory Services in the Phoenix office. He previously served as manager/principal at Insight Valuation, LLC. Prior to that, he was director at Grubb and Ellis Landauer. Jim has performed valuations involving a wide variety of property types including apartments, condominiums, golf courses, residential subdivisions, master-planned communities, military housing, and complex retail, office and industrial income properties. Additional appraisal assignments have included self-storage facilities, restaurants, cold storage, automotive dealerships, and urban redevelopment sites.
Geographic experience has included most of the intermountain states of the US, including Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. Current geographic coverage includes Arizona and Clark County, Nevada.
