Vincent Cook

Vince Cook brings over 10 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate investment sales throughout Greater Los Angeles.

Working with Casey Lins’ team, which has completed over $600 million in successful closings, Vince’s primary focus is on acquisitions and dispositions serving private investors, family offices, and institutional capital across multifamily and development opportunities, ranging from traditional investment sales to complex and value-add transactions. His work combines detailed market analysis, property-specific insight, and transaction strategy to help clients navigate the acquisition and disposition process.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 2022, Vince worked with a boutique investment brokerage team that completed over $100 million in transactions during its first full year in business. Born and raised in the South Bay, Vince graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University’s College of Business Administration. As a Los Angeles native, Vince brings an in-depth understanding of the distinct characteristics of the region’s diverse cities, neighborhoods, and submarkets and how this relates to varying investor profiles and strategies that ultimately influence how and when capital is deliberately placed, repositioned, and disposed of. Vince’s extensive understanding of Los Angeles’ unique market fundamentals, supply constraints, and legal and political framework provides clients with a broader advisory perspective when evaluating investment opportunities and executing acquisition and disposition strategies.
