For more than 20 years, Tom has delivered comprehensive real estate solutions throughout Northern California, focusing on Sacramento and nearby counties, including Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, and San Joaquin. He specializes in various sectors of commercial real estate, such as office, retail, land, industrial, owner-user, & investments.

Tom represents a diverse range of clients, including institutional and regional landlords, local and multi-market tenants, owner-user buyers, and real estate investors.

Tom launched his commercial real estate career with Bishop Powers, Inc. in 2003. During this time, he earned the title of Rookie of the Year from Bishop Powers, Inc. and was also nominated for the same honor by the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). In 2024, Tom was nominated for ACRE’s Investment Broker of the Year and secured the runner-up position.
