Brad Connors
First Vice PresidentAbout
Brad Connors is a proud native of the South Bay so it’s no surprise, his area of expertise rests in this very same market, specializing in the leasing, sale, acquisition, and investment of industrial real estate. Brad represents both property and business owners alike who benefit from his focused study in and around the world ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. Brad is a big believer that success stems from maintaining strong relationships, and equally important, uncovering opportunities through hard work and in-depth research. His early studies targeted each submarket within the South Bay by working through parcels, buildings, sourcing, and verifying contact information to ensure only the most accurate database was put together. This translates into the rare ability to directly target on and off market opportunities for tenants and reduce vacancy for landlords. Brad also proudly developed a “World Ports List” project, which tracks vacancy, absorption rates, and ownership and tenant profiles over a 10+ year span. The project contains 750 industrial buildings exceeding 50,000 sq ft from multiple submarkets within the South Bay.
Brad is a graduate of University of California Santa Barbara where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. After college, he worked as an industrial real estate intern for an executive team at Colliers International. Brad prides himself on offering a first-class service to his valued clients. Today, he continues his successful career working as a valued member of Kidder Mathews’ South Bay industrial team.
