About

With 37 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, Eric Comer has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for clients navigating complex transactions.

His career began in 1987 in the Inland Empire, where he quickly established himself as a top producer. After six years of high-level performance, he pursued an MBA at Arizona State University, where he assisted professors in the real estate department and participated in international exchange programs in Belgium and Norway. Additionally, Mr. Comer earned a Rhodes Scholarship to attend Georgetown University’s graduate program in politics in Washington, D.C.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Comer was recruited to develop a private client division for multifamily investments at CBRE in San Diego. He independently built the platform until 2002 when he partnered with Jim Neil and Merrick Matricardi, enhancing market share and refining the client experience. Over his 22-year tenure at CBRE, he played a pivotal role in growing the firm’s presence in the multifamily sector in San Diego.

Mr. Comer and his team take a consultative approach, extending their services beyond traditional transaction-focused brokerage. By prioritizing long-term value and tailored strategies, they continue to expand their capabilities, ensuring clients receive the highest level of insight and support in an evolving market
