C.J. Collins specializes in industrial and office properties, with a niche in food related real estate, representing both buyers and sellers, lessees and lessors, throughout the Central and South Bay markets.

With over 13 years in commercial real estate and development experience, C.J. Collins’ institutional knowledge of industrial and commercial real estate, has established him as a leader in the Southern California commercial real estate marketplace.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, C.J. spent five years with Voit Real Estate Services in their South Bay office. Before that, C.J. was the regional vice president of sales for Steadfast Capital Markets (REIT) in the Midwest, raising over $53M for the real estate fund. As well as, T.C. Collins and Associates covering the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County markets serving as a leasing coordinator, project manager and superintendent of construction.

C.J.’s rich knowledge of all facets of the real estate business, and large scale experience in funding and sales experience, make him an all-encompassing real estate professional.
