Colleen Colleary

Colleen has been a top producing retail broker in Oregon, as well as the greater Pacific Northwest.

She has served on the Board of Directors for the Portland/Vancouver Commercial Real Estate Association and Commercial Association of Brokers Education Committee, as well as the ICSC Business Alliance and Northwest ICSC workshops. Colleen has acted in a consultative capacity as well as the front line negotiator for project development, product disposition and acquisition, site selection, competition analyses, feasibility studies, and product repositioning.

Colleen has led property evaluation, consultation, leasing, disposition, and property acquisitions for clients including Cypress Equities, Fred Meyer (Kroger), Deacon Development, Regency Retail, La Salle Advisors, Urban Retail Properties, U.S. Bancorp, Louis Dreyfus, Mitsui Bank, J.P. Her expertise includes leasing and sales for big box retailers, specialty shop space, food users, hospitality and pad ground leases and sales in lifestyle centers, regional malls, community/neighborhood centers, power centers, specialty urban centers, mixed-use residential retail projects, and outlet malls.
