Jason Cole, senior vice president at Kidder Mathews, brings over 20 years of expertise in Los Angeles commercial real estate, specializing in office, medical, multifamily, industrial, land, and retail properties.

Since beginning his career in 2005 at Charles Dunn Company, Jason has closed over $500 million in transactions, representing investors, owner-users, landlords, and tenants across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. His notable roles include vice president at Marcus & Millichap and a key position at Commercial Asset Group since its inception in 2010.

Renowned for his market insight and client-focused approach, Jason excels in navigating complex deals, delivering innovative solutions, and achieving exceptional outcomes. His strategic marketing maximizes pricing and activity for listings, while his trusted relationships drive high-profile transactions throughout the region.

A University of Michigan graduate, Jason lives in Encino with his wife and two daughters. He is deeply engaged in community service, chairing the Young Men’s Division of The Guardians of LA Jewish Health and participating in the University of Michigan Alumni Association.
