Eric Cohen

Eric Cohen specializes in the representation of institutional owners, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals in the disposition of office, industrial, and land properties throughout the Western United States. Partnering with Rick Putnam of Kidder Mathews, he is responsible for interfacing with clients in the deal origination, financial analysis, and marketing strategy execution of all properties marketed.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Eric was a director within Colliers International’s west region office and industrial capital markets team. Before that, Eric was a senior associate at Oak Hill REIT Management, a commercial real estate-dedicated hedge fund manager. He was responsible for covering the fund’s office and industrial sector investments.

Since 2013, Eric has had direct involvement with the advising and closing of
$2 billion in office, industrial, and land sales.
