Hunter Clarke Joined Kidder Mathews in 2019 with a focus on the commercial industrial market in the Puget Sound Region. Hunter was recognized as a Costar power broker in 2021 and 2022 for completing multiple notable transactions within the market. Hunter has completed transactions for owner-users, institutional landlords, and investors both large and small. By working with a wide range of clients, Hunter is able to provide meaningful insight into the market and give the upper hand in every transaction. Within the firm Hunter holds the title of Vice President and Shareholder. This title, along with shareholder status, is earned by exemplifying the characteristics which Kidder Mathews values most.
