Hunter graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management & human resources.
Hunter Clarke joined Kidder Mathews in 2019 as a runner to senior agents Ty Clarke and Todd Clarke. Hunter’s focus is on the commercial industrial market in the Puget Sound region, specializing in landlord representation, tenant representation, and sales, both investment and owner/user. With Hunter’s market knowledge, ability to prospect tenants and qualify investment opportunities, he is able to amplify his client’s success and provide the upper-hand in every transaction.
Prior to starting his broker career at Kidder Mathews, Hunter worked with Regional Vice President, Brian Hatcher doing property research projects in various markets.
