Spencer, partnering with Senior Vice President and shareholder, Brian Clapp, specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties located in the greater South King County market. Spencer is King County born and raised, which is where he utilizes his local market skills to assist his clients. Spencer graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.S. in business marketing. He also played on the Sonoma State men’s golf team competing against the nation’s top Division II colleges. Spencer was honored as the Male Freshman Athlete of the Year and was also named team captain in his senior year. Spencer is a natural leader who prides himself on being dependable and accomplishing great things for his clients.
